"What a great experience! We went to the Geneva location and even before our appt, we had the best service! Beth texted me early to prior to our appointment to confirm some details which no one ever does (ie insurance stuff, braces vs. Invisalign, etc). Super helpful feeling prepared. In the appt. hey went over everything and more and made our kids feel comfortable and maybe even excited about getting Invisalign. The doctor was super nice and helpful! Beth was also the best and super nice!"

I originally visited in the spring and touched base with them again now (November) and Beth was able to get me in for a scan within the following business day to get everything ordered. "Dr Zimmer and her team is extremely kind, efficient and will go above and beyond for clients. She used to practice in the Aurora location years ago but is no longer there which is why I am willing to go to the Batavia and Geneva offices. She is wonderful. Even my toddler felt comfortable going to one of my appointments. I appreciate that the offices located in Batavia and Geneva both have such a great waiting room, always clean and comfortable, with ways for my son to keep busy as we wait. The team of dental hygienists and the receptionists are so kind, helpful, and friendly. I feel absolutely at ease when I assist my appointments because I get all my questions answered and I never feel embarrassed or shy speaking to them. I even got assistance quickly when I had to go pick up some rubber bands recently. I currently have Invisalign and Dr Zimmer is determined to help me achieve my desired results with my treatment. "They accommodated me greatly for my Invisalign. Pointed everything out to me and how it would work. The staff were all extremely nice. Even helped shave some price off that Invisalign even post insurance. The way they do things is very organized, you have an app that tracks your day and set of aligners you are on. You can also message the doctors from the app and you send pictures from home. I’m glad I chose here for my Invisalign treatment"

"Been meaning to write this review forever. I love all the folks at the Geneva and Batavia offices! I especially love going to Geneva because I get the treat of seeing who I lovingly call the "fried chicken dog" in my head; sooo sweet and precious.Everyone who works here is super friendly and gentle. The place is clean, the parking is easy, there's a Starbucks across the street; I mean come on. I'm always in on time for my appointments, and appointments are extremely easy/flexible to get IMO. No waiting a month or anything like that. Also them having multiple locations makes it even easier. The Geneva office itself is gorgeous and flooded with sunlight which makes me happy.I came to Smile Doctors after foolishly starting Invisalign with my general dentist (who I'm no longer with...). It didn't go well. Transferring my case was easy and I was terrified they were going to quote me an arm and a leg, but they charged me an extremely fair price to simply finish the treatment I had remaining.To this day I'm grateful for that and wish I'd just gone with Dr. Zimmer to begin with. She's so down to earth and she hasn't tried to cut me loose when I still clearly have issues. She's willing to make adjustments and get my teeth right, and she's always kind. I feel like it's always a nice day when I have an appointment here, lol. I'm saying that about an orthodontist's office so that really tells you something! <3"

"Smile Doctors are amazing! They are affordable, kind and efficient. The AI scans keep the trips to the orthodontist to a minimum (I haven’t had to go back since I received my aligners 10 mos ago). All other consultations have been through the easy to use app.The other orthodontist that I receive quotes were nearly twice the costs and I would have had to show up once a month at least! And yes this is Invisalign !"

"I had braces well over 10 years ago through a different practice and doctor. My old Orthodontist is no longer practicing and I felt very comfortable with him so when I needed to see someone about my broken permanent retainer I put it off for way too long. I finally made the appointment with Dr Zimmer, they got me in later that day and were so incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding as to why I was hesitant to see a new Orthodontist. Dr. Zimmer ended up removing my retainer completely (which I knew would probably happen) and since I had put off getting it fixed my teeth had shifted so we talked about my options and what I wanted to do and I decided to get Invisalign. They took the scan for the aligners that day and since I've received them I've had some other medical issues that conflict with wearing them full time, Dr. Zimmer and the staff have been very empathetic about what's been going on and they've been answering every question I've had and have walked me through any and all concerns. The entire staff at Prairie View is so wonderful and I'm very happy I found them."

"I was having problems with my teeth that were caused by their misalignment. At 57 years old, the last thing I wanted was to get my teeth straightened. My dentist referred me to Dr. Lippincott. After meeting with him the first time, I knew I was in the right place. He was very thorough and explained all my options. Ultimately, I got invisalign which turned out to be the least amount of time and least expensive way to resolve my problem. It is 10 months later and I cannot believe how my teeth look. My teeth are straight and the lower teeth are no longer chipping the upper teeth. Dr. Lippincott was wonderful to work with and he helped me through this process. I am so happy I went there and really feel it was the best place to get this done. Dr. Lippincott is very knowledgable and worked with me in a way that worked best for me. I can't thank him enough. I will tell anyone who needs braces that Prairie View is the place to go!"
