"What a great experience! We went to the Geneva location and even before our appt, we had the best service! Beth texted me early to prior to our appointment to confirm some details which no one ever does (ie insurance stuff, braces vs. Invisalign, etc). Super helpful feeling prepared. In the appt. hey went over everything and more and made our kids feel comfortable and maybe even excited about getting Invisalign. The doctor was super nice and helpful! Beth was also the best and super nice!"

"This is our third child going through treatment at Prairieview. We can’t say enough good things about them. I shopped around at probably 10 different orthodontics for my oldest when she needed braces and not only was prairieview one of the most reasonably priced, they were the most welcoming. "I found it as a nice experience, I started here about the time I was 13 and I wasn’t very fond of most orthodontists, with most treating you like a child or babying you. This place though had a different feeling, with a more comfortable approach personally, after two years with them, I found having braces not as bad as they said it would be, and they would try their best to ease any pain if there was any, the people are extremely nice and friendly, I would definitely recommend"

They charge the same cost for traditional and invisiline, so you and the orthodontist can make the decision that works best for your child. For my oldest it was traditional braces and for my middle daughter it was invisiline. Now my son will most likely be traditional braces as well.The staff is welcoming and friendly and has always accommodated reschedules due to life happening.I would highly recommend Prairie View if you live near any of their locations."
"I have never met an orthodontist who didn't want to slap braces on someone and call it a day—until my consultation with Dr. Zimmer at Prairie View Orthodontics. From the moment I waked through the door the staff were very friendly, especially their Treatment Coordinator, Beth Rietveld, and made me feel very at ease. Once the initial scan of my mouth was complete, Dr. Zimmer explained her diagnosis (which I was certain would involve braces) and she recommended some bonding on my implant to fix the problem. I was shocked. She was genuine and thoughtful in her explanation and it almost made me with I had to have braces so I could regularly visit with their kind staff."

"I had braces well over 10 years ago through a different practice and doctor. My old Orthodontist is no longer practicing and I felt very comfortable with him so when I needed to see someone about my broken permanent retainer I put it off for way too long. I finally made the appointment with Dr Zimmer, they got me in later that day and were so incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding as to why I was hesitant to see a new Orthodontist. Dr. Zimmer ended up removing my retainer completely (which I knew would probably happen) and since I had put off getting it fixed my teeth had shifted so we talked about my options and what I wanted to do and I decided to get Invisalign. They took the scan for the aligners that day and since I've received them I've had some other medical issues that conflict with wearing them full time, Dr. Zimmer and the staff have been very empathetic about what's been going on and they've been answering every question I've had and have walked me through any and all concerns. The entire staff at Prairie View is so wonderful and I'm very happy I found them."

"I was having problems with my teeth that were caused by their misalignment. At 57 years old, the last thing I wanted was to get my teeth straightened. My dentist referred me to Dr. Lippincott. After meeting with him the first time, I knew I was in the right place. He was very thorough and explained all my options. Ultimately, I got invisalign which turned out to be the least amount of time and least expensive way to resolve my problem. It is 10 months later and I cannot believe how my teeth look. My teeth are straight and the lower teeth are no longer chipping the upper teeth. Dr. Lippincott was wonderful to work with and he helped me through this process. I am so happy I went there and really feel it was the best place to get this done. Dr. Lippincott is very knowledgable and worked with me in a way that worked best for me. I can't thank him enough. "Dr. Lazzara was wonderful when working with me and my braces. He always worked around my schedule and figured out what good times were best fit for my needs. The people that work there are all nice and comforting. I was nervous before getting my braces, wondering if it would hurt or if something would go wrong. Dr. Lazzara took little steps and after each one he asked if I was doing good, that was reassuring because he does want to know if you are in pain or doing great. It was smooth getting my braces on and they went over what I could and couldn't have to eat. Sadly I didn't eat candy for 8 months but it's ok, I survived. Other people try to scare you when they hear all the rumors about how it hurts when getting your braces off. When I was waiting to get them off I was terrified. But it was nothing. They just snap right off and you don't feel a thing. The staff was thrilled when I got them off and they gave me a bag of candy! I have never been so happy to get sweets! They gave me a short celebration and I was off. Thanks Dr. Lazzara!"
