We know life with a busy student or athlete is a whirlwind. That’s why we offer Invisalign treatment for teens. It makes keeping teeth clean so much easier since the aligners pop right out for brushing and flossing.
Because every teenager has a unique smile, we use a special 3D scanner as a diagnostic tool to map out their progress. You’ll even get to see a digital preview of the final result before we even start. Most of our patients find they finish their journey much faster than they would with metal braces, sometimes in as little as 12 months.

How do I clean my Invisalign aligners?
It’s pretty simple. Just rinse them whenever you take them out. We suggest a quick daily soak in cleaning crystals to keep them fresh. A soft-bristled brush is perfect for a light sweep before you pop them back in.
How long do I wear each set of aligners?
Together, we’ll follow a plan that’s just for you. Usually, you’ll wear your aligners for 22 hours per day and switch to a new set every one to two weeks. If you ever feel unsure about your next step, just ask. We’re here for you.
Does this fit an active lifestyle?
It really does. You can keep them in for almost anything, from playing sports to a night out. For contact sports, you can simply take them out and use a protective mouthguard instead.
What are the main benefits?
Every journey is different, but most of our friends love that aligners are nearly invisible and very comfortable. You’ll spend less time in the office, have no food restrictions, and find it’s much easier to keep your oral hygiene routine going.
How often will I need to visit the office?
We usually like to see you every 4 to 6 weeks for a quick check-in to make sure everything is moving along beautifully. If you’re extra busy, we can even use the Smile Doctors Anywhere app to stay connected through remote check-ins.
What are TADs and will I need them?
Sometimes a tooth needs a little extra help moving into the right spot. In the past, people had to use bulky headgear, but now we use tiny tools called Temporary Anchorage Devices (TADs). They act as a steady anchor to move teeth more precisely. Not everyone needs them, and we’ll talk through it all during your first visit.
How much does Invisalign treatment cost?
Since every smile is different, the cost can vary. We get it — budgeting is important. We’ll help you make the most of your insurance and offer flexible financing to make sure your results are within reach.
